Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Due to certain unfortunate reasons, if you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, we are ready to accept returns within 15 days of delivery. We maintain the easiest return process. 

Return Process

You can initiate the return process on your own:

  1. Sign in to your Cover Looks account 
  2. Find the order from “My Order” option and find the “Return” option
  3. Select the items you want to return, let us know the reasons behind your dissatisfaction, and press “Submit”
  4. Select your preferred reading method: “self-sending” or “Pick-up service”. Most buyers select the second option. 
  5. The logistics company will call you and let you know the pick-up date. 
  6. Pick-up personnel will come to your place; you just need to handover the product. 
  7. In the case of “Self-service, you have to take the product to the nearby courier point and deliver the product to our mailing address. 
  8. In both cases, we will confirm the return immediately after receiving the product.
  9. We will refund the amount within 7 working days. 
  10. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account or to the Cover Looks wallet. 

Take the help of our customer service for return 

You can contact our customer service for initiating the returning process:

  1. Submit a ticket on our website mentioning the items you want to return and the reason.
  2. Our customer service will get back to you in 24 hrs of submitting the ticket. 
  3. The customer service executive will ask for some basic information regarding the product.
  4. You have to drop the package at your near by post office for dispatch to our address. 
  5. After receiving your package we will refund the amount to your Cover Looks wallet or to your bank account as per your instruction. 

Note: If you made the payment through COD, then the refund amount will be credited to your wallet. This amount cannot be withdrawn from the wallet. It can only be used on any future purchase. 

Return address

Do not send your return package to the address mentioned in the delivery package. As you contact our customer service or proceed as per the online return process, you’ll get the details of the return package delivery address. 


Returns are normally processed within the 7-10  days of receiving the return package. In case of COD, the return will be credited to your Cover Looks personal wallet. In other cases, you can receive it in your personal wallet or to your original payment account. Some other important matters to be kept in mind are as follows:

  • If the shipping is free, postage charges will not be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Refund is applicable for the amount of the items only other charges like insurance, shipping, and service charges are non-refundable. 

Terms and Conditions of Return

  1. Return is accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Items marked as “non-returnable”, “promotion”, “flash sale”, or “gift” cannot be returned. 
  3. We do not bear the cost of return including the return packaging cost. 
  4. Return must be initiated in the way we mention through our website or as our customer service asks. 
  5. Following items are non-returnable:
  • Sleepwear or nightdress 
  • Swimwear 
  • Bodysuits
